Shipping policy

Processing time is 2-5 business days. Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Changes cannot be made after order has shipped. Please ensure all information is entered correctly to avoid delivery errors. If order says "delivered" by carrier there is nothing we can do. Speak Life Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages, you must communicate with the shipping carrier.

For international shipping: we are not responsible for another taxes or custom/import charges which may be imposed when your package is delivered or in transit. If you do not pay your duties it may cause a delay or to be held in customs. If the package is declined and returned back to us, you will be refunded the value of the order minus the international shipping cost.
